If the owner of your account has left your organisation, you (or your IT department) will first need to reactivate (or recreate) the original owner's email account. Once the account is reactivated (or recreated):
1. Request a new password from the Forgot password function on the log-in page using the original owner's email address.
2. With the new password you receive, log in to Findmyshift (remember to use the original owner's email address).
3. Once logged in, click "Settings" > "Ownership" and follow the instructions to transfer ownership to yourself.
4. Log out, log in as yourself and (optionally) delete the original owner.
